An ISO: 9000: 2001,organization,newgen follows strict quality assurance system as per international norms. We follow a well defined quality management system that comprises of check on raw material, in-process control and final testing. We check each & every property –MFI, DENSITY, Tensile strength, Elongation, Flexural strength, HDT,VSP, E etc of polymer before making the tanks. The tanks made are then checked for Impact strength, Volume, Environmental Stress Cracking Resistance, Notch Sensitivity, Hydrostatic Strength, Corrosion Protection and more. Prior to the dispatch, the tanks are inspected to assure that they match with the specifications provided by the clients.

Generally LLDPE/MDPE is used for making rotomolded containers in India. Though it is ideal for water storage but not suitable for chemicals, particularly strong acids, alkalis, oxidizing agents etc. The chemical storage requirement is different & hence different materials are required to be used as foolproof solution for chemical storage. To cover the widest range of chemical storage need newgen has introduced three series of tanks :

• JUMBO SERIES: Tanks made from standard MDPE/LLDPE
• BHIM SERIES: Tanks made from HDPE
• GHATOTKACH SERIES: Tanks Made from XLPE

JUMBO SERIES TANKS
The tanks made from standard rotomolding grade PE are sold under this brand name. These tanks are suitable for water, mild chemicals, food products, edible oils etc. Some of the unique features of the MDPE tank are as follows:

The tanks made with special grade HDPE are sold under the brand name BHIM. The HDPE as a raw material provides the tank moderate protection against chemicals and other corrosive liquid. The tanks made with XLPE are sold under the brand name GHATOTKACH SERIES. Like legendary Mahabharata character, who could digest any thing and every thing, these tanks are suitable for most aggressive chemicals. The tanks made from Cross Linked Polythene offer very high resistance to impact and greater environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR). The XLPE tanks are an excellent choice for storing expensive or aggressive chemical solutions. Some of the unique features of XLPE tanks are as follows:
